Christmas at Caldwell

Students gather around the Christmas tree in Rosary Hall in 1951.

Christmas traditions have long played an important role in Caldwell's history. Students, staff, and faculty would come together to participate in various activities, such as the annual Christmas Banquet, Candlelight Ceremonies, tree-trimming contests, Christmas play competitions, caroling, and more. Although these activities have changed over time, Christmas still remains an important aspect of our campus community today.

These images represent a selection from the Caldwell University Archives' photograph collection of Campus Events. The photographs in this exhibit range from 1942 to 1977.
